Back Pain Due To Nerve Root Irritation
- Effects the nerve roots of the spinal region, usually caused by a disc prolapse or a small disc tear in the annulus
Cervical Disc Prolapse (Slipped Disc)
- Effects the intervertebral discs of the cervical spine and the surrounding nerves, caused when a disc prolapses and puts pressure on the surrounding nerves
Mechanical Lower Back Pain
- Effects the lumbar sacral region of the spine, can be caused by a mechanical strain (i.e. lifting too much with poor posture)
Pectoralis Major Rupture
- Effects the Pec Major muscle on the chest wall, caused when the muscle is under a lot of tension or excessively stretched
