Hye guys my name is martin, i live in newark, notts, and iv just started to train with weights, and a friend of mine told me about the site. i currently train at home,i have a incline bench, a treadmill, and a exercise bike, have around 100kg vynil weights with ez bar barbell bar and 2 dumbell bars,

is this routine good for packing on some good muscle, iv been training for around 6 weeks fully, i trained a few years back but never saw good results due to lack of knowledge so just got lazy and fat again, but have loads more motivation this time, im seeing good results already, a friend gave me some usn muscle fuel anabolic protein shake to use, so ill see how thats goes,

am i better doing the pyramid sets like in the program of am i better with slightly heavier weights and less reps i was told to keep the reps to 5-7 with 5 sets, am i meant to start on a low weight and work into this rep range or is this the best way to pack good muscle on.

so ill post up my progress daily hopefully with my weights and sets
