  • Start in an all fours position
  • Find the neutral position (note the knees should be slightly wider apart than shown in the video)
  • Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Raise your target arm up so it is level with your shoulder
  • Slowly return your arm to the starting position
  • Whilst performing this exercise maintain the neutral spine position and keep your core muscles switched on throughout
