Instructions
- Start in an all fours position
- Find the neutral position (note the knees should be slightly wider apart than shown in the video)
- Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles
- Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
- Raise your target arm up so it is level with your shoulder
- Slowly return your arm to the starting position
- Whilst performing this exercise maintain the neutral spine position and keep your core muscles switched on throughout
