Start in an all fours position
Find the neutral position (note the knees should be slightly wider apart than shown in the video)
Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles

<li>Raise your target arm up so it is level with your shoulder</li>
<li>Slowly return your arm to the starting position</li>
<li>Whilst performing this exercise maintain the neutral spine position and keep your core muscles switched on throughout</li>
