  • Lie on your back with your knees bent
  • Take your spine into neutral
  • Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Lift your bottom of the floor
  • Try to keep your back as straight as possible
  • Hold the position for 5-10 seconds
  • Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position
