Take your spine into neutral
Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles

<li>Breathe out and lift your top leg away from your lower leg, keeping your feet together</li>
<li>Breathe in and lower your leg back to the starting position slowly</li>
<li>Do this for both legs</li>
