Instructions

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent
  • Take your spine into neutral
  • Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Breathe out and take your feet off the floor
  • Begin a cycling motion with your legs
  • Maintain this for 10-15 seconds
  • Breathe in as you regain the starting position
