Lie on your back with your knees bent
Take your spine into neutral
Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles
Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
Lift up your target leg

<li>Lie on your back with your knees bent</li>
<li>Take your spine into neutral</li>
<li>Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles</li>
<li>Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on</li>
<li>Lift up your target leg</li>
<li>Pointing your toes and keeping your knee bent make a counter clockwise circular motion with your lower leg</li>
<li>Maintain this position for 10 - 20 seconds</li>
<li>Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position</li>
<li>Whilst performing this exercise maintain the lying neutral spine position and keep your core muscles switched on throughout</li>
