Instructions
- Lie on your back with your knees bent
- Take your spine into neutral
- Draw in your lower stomach by turning on your core muscles
- Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
- Lift up your target leg
- Pointing your toes and keeping your knee bent make a counter clockwise circular motion with your lower leg
- Maintain this position for 10 - 20 seconds
- Slowly lower yourself back to the starting position
- Whilst performing this exercise maintain the lying neutral spine position and keep your core muscles switched on throughout
