Instructions

Lie on your back with your knees bent
Take your spine into neutral
Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
Breathe out and slide one foot along the floor

<li>Breathe in and slowly return your leg to the starting position</li>
<li>Do this for both legs</li>
