  • Lie on your tummy
  • You can support your forehead with your hands or have your arms by your side
  • Take your spine into neutral
  • Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Breathe out and raise one leg off the floor
  • Breathe in and slowly lower your leg to the floor
  • Do this for both legs
