Instructions
- Lie on your tummy
- You can support your forehead with your hands or have your arms by your side
- Take your spine into neutral
- Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
- Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
- Breathe out and raise one leg off the floor
- Breathe in and slowly lower your leg to the floor
- Do this for both legs
