Instructions

  • Lie on your tummy
  • Take your spine into neutral
  • Draw in your lower tummy by turning on your core muscles
  • Control your breathing whilst keeping the core muscles switched on
  • Breathe out and raise one leg and the opposite arm off the floor
  • Breathe in and slowly lower your leg and arm to the floor
  • Do this for both sides
