Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold the frame with both hands above your head
  • Rest your elbows on the pads
  • Bend your knees so your feet are flat on the ground
  • Keep your lower back on the floor
  • Roll the frame towards your knees
  • Lower the frame so it almost touches the floor
  • All movement should be generated by your abs, not your arms
