Instructions

  • Sit on the edge of the bench
  • Hands holding the bench for balance
  • Lean back slightly
  • Extend legs fully but do not let feet touch the floor
  • Raise your torso and knees up simultaneously so they almost meet in the middle
  • Lower your torso and knees to the start position

  • Rectus Abdominis
  • Iliopsoas
