Lie flat on your back with your hands part way under your gluts

<li>Keep your lower back on the floor</li>
<li>Extend legs fully and maintain the extension</li>
<li>Raise your legs up so they become perpendicular to the floor</li>
<li>Lower your legs to the start position but do not let your feet touch the floor</li>
<li>All movement should be generated by your abs and hip flexors, do not swing your legs to assist</li>
