Instructions

  • Hold the rope round the back of your neck
  • Crunch your abs aiming for your elbows to touch your knees
  • Raise back up so your back becomes perpendicular to the floor
  • All movement should be generated by your abs, do not pull the rope down with your arms

  • Iliopsoas
