Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold the cable with both hands
  • Draw the cable down across your body while twisting at the trunk
  • (Like swinging an axe)
  • Lower the cable back to the start position
  • All movement should be generated by your obliques, try to minimize the use of the arms
  • Note - Keep your legs bent so you do not twist at the knee

  • Rectus Abdominis
  • Obliques
