Instructions

  • Lie flat on your back with your hands above your head
  • Extend legs fully with feet together and maintain the extension
  • Raise your torso and legs up simultaneously
  • Touch your feet with your hands
  • Lower your torso and legs to the start position but do not let your feet touch the floor

  • Rectus Abdominis
  • Iliopsoas
