Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Rest your elbow against your leg
  • Support your body with your other arm on your knee
  • Raise the dumbbell so your arm flexes as far as possible
  • Lower the dumbbell so your arm almost fully extends
