Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Hold the bar about shoulder width
- Palms down
- Raise the bar so your biceps contract as far as possible
- Lower the bar so your arms almost fully extend

I see what you mean, I’ve fixed it.. “Support your body with your other arm on your knee” obviously didn’t belong
