Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Hold the bar with palms up
  • Hands shoulder width apart
  • Raise the cable so your arms flex as far as possible
  • Lower the cable so your arms almost fully extend but do not let the weight stack touch down
  • Do not swing your body to assist the action
