Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Place a weight plate on the floor (or object with similar height)
  • Position the balls of your feet on the weight
  • Heals on the floor
  • Flex your torso forward at 90°
  • Hold on to a frame for balance
  • Raise your heals as high as possible
  • Lower your heals so they almost touch the floor
