Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position yourself leaning towards the wall
  • Hold the wall for balance
  • Rest your leg on the back of your knee
  • Raise your heal as high as possible
  • Lower your heal so it almost touches the floor
  • Alternative - Place a slightly raised block or weight disc under your toes for additional leverage
