Dumbbell Upright Row Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Start with the dumbbells in front and palms facing you
  • As you raise the dumbbells turn your palms to face forward
  • Raise the dumbbells so your arms almost fully extend
  • Do not lock out your arms
  • Lower to the start position with palms facing in

  • Deltoid
  • Trapezius
  • Triceps Brachii
