Instructions

Do not hyperextend your neck
Lie flat on your front
Position your forearms under your shoulders for support
Extend your back
Assist the action by pushing up with your arms
Only extend until you feel a slight squeeze in your lower back muscle
Lower yourself so your chest touches the floor
