Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
Position your self so your hips are slightly above the pad
Place your hands on top of your head
Flex your trunk forward keeping your back as straight as possible

<li>Extend your back to the start position - Do not hyperextend</li>
<li><strong>Note</strong> - If you feel any pain in your lower back while performing the exercise other than the muscle contraction, stop immediately</li>
