Instructions

  • Position your forearm over a bench
  • Palm up
  • Curl your wrist as far as possible
  • Extend your wrist so you feel a slight stretch in your forearm

  • Flexor digitorum superficialis
  • Flexor digitorum profundus
  • Flexor pollicis longus
