Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Sit on the pad with knees slightly bent
  • Grip the attachment with palms in
  • Pull the cable to your waist while extending your back
  • Pull your shoulders back and push your chest forward
  • Lower the cable so your arms are extended and can feel a slight stretch in your back
  • Back should be flexed forward slightly

  • Teres Major
  • Rhomboids
  • Posterior Deltoid
  • Infraspinatus
  • Biceps Brachii
  • Trapezius
