Instructions
- Hold the cable with both hands
- Draw the cable down across your body while twisting at the trunk
- (Like swinging an axe)
- Lower the cable back to the start position
- All movement should be generated by your obliques, try to minimize the use of the arms
- Note - Keep your legs bent so you do not twist at the knee

- Rectus Abdominis
- Obliques
Isnt it spelled “Like swinging an Axe”, not “Like swinging and Axe”?
Just a little typo that annoyed me!
Nice job on this encyclopedia by the way, it has given me endless amounts of help when i’m looking for new exercises
