Dumbbell Upright Row Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Lean forward slightly to target the middle of your chest
  • Bend your arms slightly
  • Draw the cables to the centre so you hands almost touch
  • Lower the cables so your hands are level with your chest but do not let the weight stack touch down
