Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position yourself so your shoulders are level with the handgrips
  • Raise the frame so your arms almost fully extend
  • Lower the frame so your hands are level with your chest but do not let the weight stack touch down

  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Triceps Brachii
