Instructions

Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
Position yourself in a normal press-up position
Your hands should be slightly wider than shoulder width
Start with your chest almost touching the floor
Push up with enough force to raise your body so there is room to &#8216;clap&#8217; underneath
