Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Position your self in a normal press-up position
- Move your hands together so they are touching and directly beneath the centre of your chest
- Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the floor
- Push up until your arms almost full extend

- Pectoralis Major
- Anterior Deltoid
- Triceps Brachii
