Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Keep your wrists straight
  • Position the dumbbells above your chest - Not your head
  • Lower the dumbbells so they are slightly higher than your chest
  • Raise the dumbbells back to the centre so your arms are almost fully extended

  • Pectoralis Major
  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Triceps Brachii
