Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position your self in a close grip press-up position with your hands on the medicine ball
  • Position the medicine ball directly beneath the centre of your chest
  • Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the ball
  • Push up until your arms almost full extend
  • Drop your hands off the ball so they land in a wide grip press-up position
  • Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the medicine ball
  • Push up with enough force to raise your body so you can get your hands back on the medicine ball

  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Triceps Brachii
