
Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Position your self in a close grip press-up position with your hands on the medicine ball
- Position the medicine ball directly beneath the centre of your chest
- Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the ball
- Push up until your arms almost full extend
- Drop your hands off the ball so they land in a wide grip press-up position
- Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the medicine ball
- Push up with enough force to raise your body so you can get your hands back on the medicine ball
