Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
Position your self in a close grip press-up position with your hands on the medicine ball
Position the medicine ball directly beneath the centre of your chest
Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the ball

<li>Position your self in a close grip press-up position with your hands on the medicine ball</li>
<li>Position the medicine ball directly beneath the centre of your chest</li>
<li>Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the ball</li>
<li>Push up until your arms almost full extend</li>
<li>Drop your hands off the ball so they land in a wide grip press-up position</li>
<li>Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the medicine ball</li>
<li>Push up with enough force to raise your body so you can get your hands back on the medicine ball</li>
