
Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Sit on the edge of the bench with your feet out in front
- Lean forward so your chest is on your thighs
- Hold the dumbbells under your legs
- Keep your arms slightly bent
- Raise the dumbbells up
- Try to lift your elbows as high as possible
- Lower the dumbbells back to the start position
