Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Sit on the edge of the bench with your feet out in front
  • Lean forward so your chest is on your thighs
  • Hold the dumbbells under your legs
  • Keep your arms slightly bent
  • Raise the dumbbells up
  • Try to lift your elbows as high as possible
  • Lower the dumbbells back to the start position

  • Posterior deltoid
  • Infraspinatus
  • Teres minor
  • Trapezius
