Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Place your hand and knee on the bench for support
  • Your hand should be under your shoulder
  • Hold the dumbbell with your arm stretched out
  • Pull the dumbbell up to your chest
  • Pull your shoulder back and push your chest forward
  • Lower the dumbbell so your arm is extended and can feel a slight stretch in your back

  • Teres Major
  • Rhomboids
  • Posterior Deltoid
  • Infraspinatus
  • Biceps Brachii
  • Trapezius
