Dumbbell Upright Row Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Lift with your trapezius not your arms
  • Keep your arms straight
  • Raise your shoulders as high as possible
  • Lower your shoulders so you can feel a slight stretch
