  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Lift with your trapezius not your arms
  • Keep your arms straight
  • Raise your shoulders as high as possible
  • Lower your shoulders so you can feel a slight stretch
  • Note - It is better to use plates that have a grip so your hands do not fatigue before your shoulders
