Instructions

Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
Position yourself between two benches
Grip the bench with hands shoulder width apart
Rest your feet on the adjacent bench
Bend your arms and lower yourself so your upper arms are parallel with the floor
Push up until your arms are almost fully extended
