Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Hold the dumbbell at one end with both hands
- Palms up
- Keep your wrists straight
- Start with your arms almost fully extended above your head
- Keep your upper arms inline with your torso
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head so your arms flex to about 90°
- Extend your arms back to the start position
