Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Hold the bar above your head about shoulder width
  • Palms up
  • Keeps your wrists straight
  • Keep your upper arms inline with your torso
  • Lower the bar behind your head so your arms flex to about 90°
  • Extend your arms back to the start position
