Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position yourself for a press-up
  • Have your legs wide
  • The working arm should be positioned directly under the shoulder
  • The free arm should be placed on the hip
  • Lower yourself so your chest almost touches the floor
  • Push up so your arm almost fully extends

  • Pectoralis Major
  • Anterior Deltoid
  • Triceps Brachii
