
Instructions
- Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
- Hold the bar with a narrow grip (less than shoulder width)
- Position the bar above your chest with your arms perpendicular to the floor
- Bend your arms and lower the bar above your head
- Raise the bar so your arms almost fully extend
