Instructions

Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
Hold the bar above your head about shoulder width
Palms up
Keeps your wrists straight
Keep your upper arms inline with your torso
Lower the bar behind your head so your arms flex to about 90°
Extend your arms back to the start position
