  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Place your hand on your knee for support
  • Your hand should be under your shoulder
  • Keep your upper arm parallel with your torso
  • Start with your arm flexed to 90°
  • Extend your arm so it almost fully extends
  • Return to the start position
