Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Start with your arm almost fully extended above your head
  • Keep your upper arm inline with your torso
  • Lower the dumbbell behind your head so your arm flexes to about 90°
  • Extend your arm back to the start position
