Muscles Used

Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position your elbows level with the pivot point on the machine
  • Lower the frame so your arms almost fully extend
  • Raise the frame so your arm flexes as far as possible but do not let the weight stack touch down
