Muscles Used


  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Position the pad slightly above your ankle joint
  • Hold the grips to keep yourself on the seat
  • Raise the frame so your legs almost fully extend
  • Lower the frame to the start position but do not let the weight stack touch down

  • Rectus femoris
  • Vastus lateralis
  • Vastus medialis
  • Vastus intermedius
